I had my car in to have the rotors changed; the mechanic noticed that my brake pads were worn and asked if I would want them replaced and I gave the "OK!" My service rep (Larry Gaiser) graciously acted as liaison between the mechanic and me with updates while I waited in the waiting room. While I was in there, I heard two customers conversing about McElwain's work quality. A gentleman there said he was referred to McElwain's by a friend and he was told by his friend that McElwain's is "the best!" to which I wholeheartedly agreed. A woman there said she had once taken her car to another mechanic for repairs and quickly realized that she made a mistake--the quality of service wasn't even close to McElwain's and remarked that she'll never do that again! I brought in my Pontiac G6 after having it to another fmdealer closer to where I work three times. They were unable to find the problem and I don't think really believed me or would listen to me when I said there were still issues. We bought the car from mcelwain and the only reason we didnt come there first was the other dealer was closer to where I work and more convenient. However after three visits with no results I called and spoke to Justin mckim. He listened and got us scheduled.
