McElwain has been a very good experience for me. I bought my first new car a 2012 Chevy Cruze from McElwain in December 2011. My car was stolen and had $4700 damage done to it on Black Friday this past year. McElwain's auto body department did all of the work and you can't tell anything was ever damaged. The other day I called in and asked if I still had my warranty on my car due to smelling antifreeze. They got me in the very next day and fixed the leak and recharged my air condition for me. I would buy another car at McElwain again because it is a very good company from the salesman, the lady who helped get me the loan, the body shop to the service department. Yesterday, June 6th, I purchased a 2008 Envoy from your dealership. My husband & I were both VERY, VERY, IMPRESSED with your business. First off J.J. hunted down pictures & sent to us via internet when we called on Tuesday after locating the vehicle on the internet. I guess it was a newly acquired vehicle for your company & had not yet had pictures taken of it. Then, being from Ohio, he offered to pull the car off the lot & "hold" for us until we could arrive yesterday. Joe was very knowledgeble of the situation we were presently in while hunting for a "good Envoy". He helped us also with information about my current lease financier (Ally) & that we could turn it in early.....even pulled the info up online & printed for me to bring back home. Patty was also very, very nice while completing our paperwork & helpful. She was such a help when it came to offering/describing the service contract. Everyone we ran into from the time we walked through the door when we arrived until we departed was just exceptional. Then, to have our lunch ticket picked up by your establishment while paperwork was being completed was just totally unheard of. We are so appreciative of how we were treated from start to finish. Your dealership is certainly something to be proud of & it's mostly in my opinion because of your hometown way of doing business. We will not hesitate to contact your establishment again when we are in search of a vehicle.
